We would like to welcome and encourage any and all sorts of acts to register their interest. Most of our performers are local but some come from around New Zealand and occasionally internationals grace us with their presence. Our programme will be a crowd pleaser, and we will consider everything !

Trade and Food Stall
Book your stall here for Saturday 31 October You will be emailed our invoice as soon as you submit the online booking form. Occasionally the email from the booking system is caught by spam filters – if yours doesn’t arrive straight away please check your inbox folders, then contact us if it can’t be found. Terms & Conditions When you complete the booking application you will be asked to confirm that you accept the Terms and Conditions – please read them! The Namaste Wellington Diwali Festival happens rain or shine, there are no refunds for weather. The event will be cancelled if Covid-19 Alert Level 2 or above is announced. Stall fees will be refunded. Stall Prices The prices depend on the type of the stall, whether it is an information stall or you are selling goods, whether you are selling food, and have ordered a table or power from us. See the details here. A Community or Sports group can book a small information stall space for $25, but if your group is selling goods (or you need a different size because you have a big display), please book the size of stall you need then email us to discuss a discount on the stall fee. Namaste Wellington is very interested in helping community and sports groups, and also in hosting special displays. Does your Stall sell Food or Drink? If you sell anything to eat or drink then select Yes – selling food or drink. This also applies to stalls selling drinks only e.g. coffee. It also applies to sweets, sauces, chutney – anything edible. If all your food is pre-packaged and for taking home, not for eating at the Fair, make a note of this on the ‘comments’ box of the booking – we can reduce the food stall levy. |
