Things you need to know
The event will take place on Saturday 26th October at the Wellington Indian Sports and Cultural Centre, 48 Kemp St. Kilbirnie.
You will be emailed our invoice as soon as you submit the online booking form. Occasionally the email from the booking system is caught by spam filters – if yours doesn’t arrive straight away please check your inbox folders, then contact us if it can’t be found. REGISTRATIONS CLOSE - 19th October 2019 Payments are made best online by direct deposit. You can also pay by cheque or with cash. Stallholders can bring cash payments to the office at 48 Kemp Street, Kilbirnie – please ring first on 021 155 8263 to make sure someone is there. IMPORTANT:
STALL Bookings will CLOSE on 19 October 2019 Stall Site Sizes Stall Site: 2m x 2m $125 This size will fit a typical table Stall Site: 3m x 3m $180 This size will fit 2 trestles Food Truck: 6m x 3m $250 INFORMATION STALLS: available to Community and Sports groups only Info Stall site: 2m x 2m = $25 These prices are for information stalls only Discounts are available for local community group’s fundraising stalls.
